Galvanised Steel Shed Brackets manufactured by Diverse Laser are precision laser cut and CNC folded from 1.5mm to 3mm galvanised steel. We manufacture shed cleats, apex brackets, haunch brackets, knee brackets and custom connection brackets for shed manufacturers, builders, fabricators and custom projects, with components made to your drawings, CAD files or required dimensions.

From one-off brackets through to repeat production quantities, our in-house laser cutting and CNC folding capabilities allow us to produce accurate and consistent components with custom hole patterns, slots, fold positions and dimensions to suit your shed design.

SHED BRACKETS WE MANUFACTURE

Apex Brackets – Galvanised steel apex brackets manufactured to connect framing at the roof peak. Bracket dimensions, roof angle, hole patterns and folds can be customised to suit different shed designs and roof pitches.

Haunch / Knee Brackets – Laser cut and folded haunch and knee brackets for connections between columns, rafters and other shed framing members. Custom profiles, fixing holes, slots and fold positions can be incorporated into the design.

Cleats – Custom laser cut and folded cleats for connecting purlins, girts, posts and other shed framing components. Hole sizes, hole centres, flange dimensions and overall bracket size can be manufactured to suit your requirements.

CUSTOM BRACKETS & CAD DESIGN

Not every shed uses standard connections, which is why Diverse Laser can manufacture custom galvanised steel shed brackets to suit your specific design. We can produce custom cleats, apex brackets, haunch brackets, knee brackets, mounting plates and other folded components with dimensions and hole patterns tailored to your requirements.

If you already have production-ready DXF, DWG or CAD files, we can work directly from your supplied files where suitable. If you don’t have CAD files, we can assist with developing a manufacturable component from your drawings, sketches, dimensions or an existing bracket.

Once the design is finalised, the component can be retained for future production, making repeat orders simple and ensuring the same bracket design can be manufactured consistently each time.
