CUSTOM TRUCK STAINLESS STEEL

Components can incorporate custom dimensions, profiles, mounting holes, slots, cut-outs, lettering and folds to suit the particular application. LASER CUT & CNC FOLDED IN-HOUSE
Our stainless steel truck components are precision laser cut and CNC folded in-house at Diverse Laser, giving us control over the manufacturing process from the original CAD design through to the finished component.
Laser cutting allows mounting holes, slots, profiles, lettering and other features to be incorporated accurately into the part. Components can then be CNC folded to produce the bends, flanges and profiles required for installation.
Manufacturing in-house allows us to produce one-off custom components, small batches and repeat production quantities while maintaining consistent dimensions and hole positions between parts.
CAD DESIGN & REPLACEMENT PARTS
Diverse Laser can manufacture Mirror Stainless Steel Truck Accessories from existing components, drawings, measurements or customer-supplied CAD files. This can be particularly useful when an original stainless component has been damaged, is difficult to source or needs to be modified.
Where required, we can develop the CAD files necessary for laser cutting and folding. An existing component can be used as the basis for a replacement, or the design can be altered to change dimensions, hole positions, profiles or other features.
Once a component has been successfully produced, its manufacturing files can be retained for future production, making replacement parts and repeat orders considerably easier.
CUSTOM LETTERING, LOGOS & DETAILING
Our laser cutting capabilities also allow us to incorporate custom lettering, business names, logos and decorative details into suitable mirror stainless steel truck components.
